Liz at the front desk was AMAZING! We arrived way before check in time & we were able to get into our room. Shuttle drivers were also very nice & very helpful. The room was very nice, very clean. It was a little concerning that housekeeping would try to come into the room each morning. There were no do not disturb signs or anything to put out on the door. Luckily we had the security lock on, because they tried to enter our room each morning. Breakfast....left a lot to be desired. We tried to go on Saturday morning. There were 4 people waiting at the pancake/egg station & no employee behind the counter helping them. About 10 minutes later, someone came over & said they were in the restroom. The bread/bagels were very dry. The yogurt station was a mess & mostly empty. We will definitely stay again, in warmer weather. We really want to use the pool.

The facility was very clean, well-furnished and modern. Our room had a kitchenette with great amenities including filtered water, full cooking set, and larger sized refrigerator. The staff was attentive and courteous. We liked the "made to order" omelet/pancake bar on the weekend. I enjoyed the fitness room and wished we had been there in the summer to enjoy to outdoor pool. Be aware that there is a nightly parking fee.
