It was clean, the staff were always smiling, the valet service guys were fun while singing or rapping. They were a hoot! They would even come into the hotel lobby or the dining room and entertain. The morning breakfast was good. A different main course each morning. That is why I gave them a 5 star rating.

I was booked the wrong room then when transferred to the right too there were no linens for the couch. Also having one hook to hang wet towels was a bit inconvenient. No plates available at breakfast & staff was not that pleasant in the dining area. Most friendly was the bartender Lowell. Food should be more available besides just a very early breakfast.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location, the breakfast was fabulous The rooms were to a high standard They have a free shuttle bus, that drops you within a few miles of the hotel. The parking is the issue, as there is nowhere to park other than using the valet. Which isn’t cheap, it works out approx $42 a day with taxes and fees. So make sure you factor this in. Apart from that a wonderful hotel and location away from the bustle and noise of Downtown Nashville
