Loved this hotel’s room layout, cleanliness, breakfast and location. Enjoyed sitting on rooftop in evening. Staff and guests all seemed friendly. Would give hotel perfect rating if it weren’t for the 1st floor’s restaurant manager. Was dissatisfied with the restaurant’s manager who was rude and dismissive when approached with a complaint on one of his staff. He was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Due to above encounter, unsure if i would stay here again as there aren’t enough restaurants to avoid this one.

My stay here was incredible! The hotel was kept very clean despite the sheer amount of people that were staying there. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and everything you would want to do in downtown Nashville is within a 10 minute walk. My only complaint is about the parking because you have to pay to park on or off property, but I imagine that’s how most of the hotels in the area are. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Nashville!

This was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I especially want to highlight Joy, she was an incredible help to my sister and me, going above and beyond to recommend attractions we could enjoy during our stay. She was so accommodating, providing a wealth of resources and making sure we felt supported and informed. The rest of the staff were equally wonderful. Even the cleaning team, who spoke limited English, made a clear effort to provide exceptional service by using a translator app to ensure they understood our needs. That kind of dedication really stood out to me. The hotel’s location was perfect—right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city, and just a short trip to other attractions outside the downtown area. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

We had a room with a city view which I highly recommend. The free breakfast was very good. Lots of premium choices like omelets made to order as you wait. Loved the fresh fruit (cut pineapple, honey dew melon, and cantaloupe) along with pear, apples and bananas. The bed was comfortable and our room was very quite. I would go back to stay again.
