Less two blocks from the golf course! You have access to the entire property, including an outdoor fireplace/kitchen, outdoor barrel sauna, 6-person hot tub, and an in-ground salt water pool with waterslide!

The space:
You’ll be welcomed with a array of snacks at this little slice of country heaven, consisting of pristine accommodations in a single-story guesthouse fronted by direct parking access for 2 vehicles. You’ll find a full Jack-Daniels themed bathroom with a rustic rock floored rain shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all the supplies you’d expect — plus a full-size ice machine and breakfast bar, as well as a Keurig 425-series system with a selection of K- cups. Enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer.

Relax on the plentiful seating.
You’ll experience the ultimate in comfort with upgraded beds —a main queen bed, two comfortable queen Murphy beds, and a twin trundle.

When it’s time to chill out, an Xfinity Comcast television with expanded programming awaits you. The outdoor TV has local channels with crystal clear reception.

You’ll love the zippiness of high-speed 5g WiFi, and business travelers, you also have a workspace available to you.

Plan on indoor family fun with puzzles and games, including coinhole, the miniature version of cornhole.

Have a blast in season in the salt-water pool with slide; towels are included! A pool basketball/volleyball set-up adds to your fun in pool. The kiddos will love the pool’s color- changing light show.

Enjoy outdoor fun, featuring a giant Connect-4, Giant Jenga, horseshoes, a kickball set, hillbilly golf, ping pong, a tire swing, and more.

Adding to the fun are cornhole sets, a large basketball goal, and several other outdoor game sets available for use upon request.

Cook and dine al fresco in the outdoor-kitchen area, featuring a fireplace (and s’mores fixings!), gas grill with side burner, dining table, and TV. Plenty of outdoor seating available!

Soak away all your cares in the 6-person hot tub with entry stairs and unwind in the 4-person outdoor barrel sauna.

Golfers will appreciate the convenience of a golf course less than 2 blocks away.

Guest access:
Hosts live in the main house on the property (close by to meet your needs), but guests have full access to the all outdoor grounds.

Other things to note:
Only registered guests staying in the guest house are allowed on property. No non-registered guests allowed. This vacation rental does not permit group gatherings or parties.

All amenities are for guest use, but are located on the owners property. The guest house is across the driveway from the owner's main house. Guests are required to read and acknowledge the rules and safety requirements to use the hot tub and/or sauna.

A cob pizza oven is available for guest use for an additional fee.
