Worst experience ever! This property is in an EXTREMELY BAD part of town! My daughter and I were returning late in the night by an Uber and there was a man dressed all in black carrying / trying to hide an Automatic Rifle by his leg. He was trying to get in the main doors of the hotel. We begged the Uber not to stop and take us up the road and wait with us while 911 was called. Police informed us.. do not go back, the scene is not safe, others had called too. In the end, the hotel staff let us out of the rest of our stay because of safety concerns. The guy was saying he was “security” the hotel said he was not and was never hired by Glo Best Western or staff. Only thing good about this place is staying far away!! Even the police personally told us this is an extremely bad area and the best thing to do is get away from this area!

Clean rooms were welcoming. Was close to the airport. We used Uber for runs to Broadway area (prices ranged from $16 - $40 depending on the time of day youre going downtown or back to the hotel). Decent breakfast - had all the basics of any other hotel breakfast. We'd stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

DO NOT stay here until they hire night time security/patrol. During my stay, 10/12/2025, over 20 vehicles were broken into in the parking lot. This apparently has also occurred on multiple other occasions. Throughout my stay, I also heard constant banging and footsteps from the unit above, which made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. Overall, the stay wasn’t entirely bad, but these two major concerns — safety and noise — make it very unlikely that I’d return or recommend this property to others.
