Drove from Michigan, check in is at 3 pm . Desk was calling me at 7 to see if we were coming as we were walking into the hotel . He was pretty rude . The shower needed a good clean , also the shower faucet is on wrong . Also breakfast wasn’t all out when it was supposed to be

Alpesh Patel GM no excuse to be rude to customers.

Terrible customer service by Alpesh Patel, the General Manager himself. Absolutely terrible customer service. Property below average condition. Blinds were inoperable, in the open position, with bare electrical wires exposed. Tv was worn out, picture was off. I’ll stay somewhere else next trip.

Asked Alpesh Patel, General Manager about the satisfpolicy and he was dismissive and Implied he would kick me out and denied me a refund before I had taken possession of a room. Upon check out I was denied a receipt. Very short and dismissive.
