The pool is not heated at all. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it had an outdoor pool. I wish I knew it wasn’t heated 😐

Not the best, but not the worst experience.

The hotel was fine. Lobby staff were excellent. Our room was not. It was mistly meh. The carpet was not clean, it blackened my socks. The room smelled of sewer and mildew? But the room did have a window we could open, so we were able to air it out. When we needed room supplies, they came very quickly.

Overall stay was good! Live music at the hotel was a big plus. Only issue we had was that our shower water pressure was very poor (difficult washing hair). Otherwise would return.

Room was expensive but it was very convenient. The staff was so caring. I went to the restaurant/ bar area and I had a few too many to drink, and had to throw up. One of the waitresses helped me to the bathroom and made sure that I was ok. I wish i knew her name because i truely appreciated her. The staff was super nice, they spoke to us throughout our stay, and most of them took time out to hold conversation to get to know us. Housekeeping cleaned our room good when we stepped away and made sure that we had enough towels. The whole stay was awesome and my best friend had an amazing stay for her bday.

Valet front desk personnel were excellent. Room was clean and great except for the A/C was not at adequate. Shuttle service along with the drivers were great. Commodore Restaurant staff waitresses were as was the food. The prices for dinner are a bit pricey for what you are getting but worth it consider it is conveniently located. The 18.00 Breakfast buffet was a rip off as when booking the hotel I was led to believe it was a free breakfast buffet. I got a small portion of scramble eggs, 2 slices of bacon and a small bowl of fruit with a glass of water and on my way out I was told I owe 18 and some change because I don't have a voucher. I was never informed I needed a voucher from the hotel or restaurant prior to eating. Needless to say I was not happy as there are other nearby options for breakfast that would have had better options and prices.

Everyone was so kind! The people at the restaurant were so exceptional. They cleaned our room everyday and overall were wonderful. The shuttle service to downtown is a lifesaver. Great spot!
