We don’t get away often just my husband and myself so we were excited about a night away. But, we were met by construction that we were unaware of at time of reservation. Then our room had black mold and no blankets on the bed. I did make Nicole aware at the time of checkout. She said we would be followed up with by management.

Very quiet area, but limited choices for shopping/dining within walking distance. The room was clean, but housekeeping (every other day) never materialized. Also, the sounds of renovations being done next door to our room caused the latter days of our stay to be most uncomfortable. The desk clerk, however, was friendly, professional and most helpful. He was the bright spot !

Staff was friendly but the hotel needs some updating. We stayed in a king room with a sofa bed. The sofa mattress was grossly stained and had crumbs all over it. A jellybean was stuck to the bottom. (They did replace it the second night so we could use it). The indoor pool had no heater and was very cold, the ice maker on our floor was broken, the ice bucket was cracked, the faucet in the kitchen sink was loose and had to be held to use. Breakfast was ok with sandwiches and waffles. Probably would not stay here again. The area is nice and close to everything- shopping and restaurants

Not the worst stay but far frm our basic standards

First of all, the rooms are not secure - that is, you do not have to swipe your room key to get to your floor. Secondly - a reminder to all that this is a pet friendly hotel. Third, the breakfast is 1000% horrible. DO yourself a favor if you can afford it and walk a few steps to teh Einstein Bagels just across the parking lot. Your stomach will thank you. Fourth, when we requested an extra pillow, we were given one that was a feather pillow and not fully dry - completely unusable. Lastly, don't count on room service, even if you ask for it. We only received one clean for a 4 day/4 night stay. And despite the visible yuck on the ice bucket, it didn't get cleaned until I pointed it out. Then they washed it and got it right. All in all, not up to our preferred standards so we won't stay here again. Too many other much nicer choices at the same price point.

Lacking/Unexpected

We've stayed here several times in the past year or so. And we've never really had a problem but this time the mattress on the bed was worn and had a dip in it. Meaning, when you down the lower part of your body went down into a hole, and the shower wasn't at all what we're use to, it had been cleaned but not very well.

I've stayed here numerous times and was pleased. Tonight I was given a room that is not up to standards. There is mold on the wall and mold in the bath tub and my linens all have a strange smell as does the couch. I asked for a different room but the front desk person said they were full. Also it took her a long time to even come to the front desk and check me in. Usually I don't have this problem either.
