Overall nice first rate Hotel in a convenient location to the Gulch and the City Winery. Both were a short walk away. Parking was convenient but costly which is typical for the area. Staff was friendly. There was no water availability on the floor that we could find. I'd stay there again.

Some of the questions on the survey I don't really know. But this is my honest assessment: I will be staying here every time I go to Nashville from here on it. I love that there is a skate park across the street. And I loved how it is only a 10minute walk from broadway so you're not too close to it but you get a good walk/exercise walking back to your hotel. The breakfast was good and the coffee was good.

Unsafe parking lot 10+ car break ins during our stay. Staff was aware and chose not to inform guest or apologize for inconvenience. Refused to review camera footage and said they would not till the following week. Horrible customer service and hospitality.
