They put us in the wrong room— we had booked a room with a sofa bed and a king, and put us in a king bed only room, then the front desk didn’t believe us and questioned us when we asked to have the room type we had booked and were not helpful and acted very put out by our request. At first they said there were no rooms of that type available, so we asked for any room with a second bed, which they also said was not available, but then finally managed to find one last room that had a sofa bed. The pull out bed in the room was not clean and very clearly was never opened by cleaning staff since there was a rather unpleasant build up of crumbs from people eating on the couch on the pull out bed.

The staff was very nice and friendly. We were happy with the room and location. We could walk to several places to eat and shop. The breakfast was a bit subpar. Not super tasty and not much variety. But very well presented and again everyone was very nice and the setup was neat and clean. Parking was a little dodgy. The front spaces fill up very quickly and the back ones are not as convenient to park at. Overall, we had a very good stay. Beth at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable; the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed everything about my stay except for the breakfast. Breakfast was horrible. I couldn’t tell for sure, but I think the eggs were probably powdered eggs, they were cold… I put cheese on them and it didn’t even come close to melting. The potato cakes that they called hashbrowns were also cold. The coffee was really good, but the rest of the breakfast was horrible.

Clean room, very friendly and pleasant staff, nice sized room. My only complaint is there is not an exhaust fan in the bathroom to process the steam from a shower. When there are four people in a room showering, it can become quite stuffy.
