You won't want to leave Nashville after spending time in the ultimate Nashville vacation getaway! This brand new beautifully designed bungalow is fully stocked with every amenity you could wish for. This home is located in a thriving historical district, and its charm and character exude elegant farm house style with Nashville flair. Open living room and kitchen boast tons of natural light. Have a fun night out on the town or stay in and cook with an over sized granite kitchen island loaded with all brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances and amenities including new Rachel Ray and Le Creuset cookware. Relax around the indoor gas fireplace with an over sized sectional providing plenty of space for large groups, or play some tunes on an antique piano. The master suite downstairs features a king bed with high ceilings, blackout curtains ideal for sleeping in, a walk in shower, double vanity, and a separate soaking tub. There are three bedrooms and an office upstairs with a brand new washer and dryer. This home is family friendly with all your children's needs in mine. There is a crib, high chair, baby gate, and children’s toys available for your stay. The first bedroom upstairs features a queen floor mattress with blackout curtains. The second guest room features a queen bed with a cooling tempurpedic mattress, plenty of plush pillows, blackout curtains, plenty of storage for your belongings. The full bathroom upstairs features a large soaking tub with bath salts and a tub pillow perfect for a relaxing night in. Step into your own private oasis, which features a separate living area including a couch, trundle bed with two twin mattresses, flat screen television, coffee station, amazon fire TV, large rustic wooden office desk and chair, printer, office supplies, and even gym equipment! The best property in Nashville!

The Nash Nest was hands down the best property I’ve stayed in before! The house was exactly as listed, and in the perfect location. Kaylea was sooo accommodating with suggestions and early check-in, answering all of our messages quickly! I will tell all my friends about this house for their Nashville trips!

Overall this property was great! I had some trouble with communicating with the owner, before check-in & during the check-in process. Other than that, the property was great for us! We had 9 girls, and there was plenty of room for sleeping!

Family gathering

We enjoyed the house very much. The outdoor patio was great in the evening and 8 adults and 3 kids did fine outside. One thing to report…the house was a “no pets” property but there is clearly a dog that is present…there was a lot of black dog hair present. My grandson is allergic to dogs, and part of the reason I chose that house was my assumption that there wouldn’t be pet hair in most of the house.

This property couldn’t have been a better place to stay! We were able to walk to get breakfast and were just a quick ride to downtown! Kaylea was so sweet and even had a little present waiting for me when I arrived! I can’t say enough good things! 10/10 recommend!

Moms 80th birthday getaway!

The house was decorated so cute! It was a comfortable space to relax, spread out and enjoy each others company. We used the front porch swing, backyard patio and the living room to chat and share laughs. The downstairs master was perfect for my mom! Cute little areas around the neighborhood! Would consider staying here again!

This property was so amazing all around. There was a group of 9 of us that came for a bachelorette weekend! Kaylei was an amazing host, easy to communicate with. Great Location

The property was super cute and not to far from anything. There were a few things that needed cleaned up (fridge) and the outdoor furniture was in bad shape. The owner also had a lot of personal items around which was weird. Overall, it was a decent place to stay while in Nashville.

Bachelorette Weekend

We stayed in the Nash Nest for a bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The owner was great at communicating and was flexible with the check-in/check-out process. The house is exactly like the photos and the neighborhood is very close to everything. 10/10 would recommend!

This property was perfect for our bachelorette trip. The decor and thoughtful touches by Kaylea added a layer of luxury to our stay. 12 girl bachelorette party

Overall we had a wonderful experience at the NashNest! We had 12 girls for a bachelorette party. The property was very clean, modern and decorated nicely! There are not enough actual beds to fit 12 comfortably, so a few people had to share a couple air mattresses. But there was plenty of bathroom space and the rest of the house was very spacious. Oh and an ample amount of backyard space with a gas firepit! Kaylea was a great host, she responded quickly for the most part and even went out of her way to allow us to check in a little early so we could decorate before the bride arrived. The check-in and check-out process was extremely simple. The place felt safe and secure, which was important to us 12 women. The listing is accurate- what you see is what you get (and it’s awesome)! Trust the listing. We found everything as advertised. the Mural was an extra treat for my daughter as she has missed them since moving from Nashville. We communicated with Kaylea and she was responsive immediately. What a beautiful home.

Perfect for a big group

The property was so cute and so close to everything! We stayed with friends with a total of 10 and it was perfect! Great atmosphere to spend time with friends and plenty of room. Such a cute home and a great stay

We had 10 girls together for a bachelorette party and really enjoyed the house, the decorating was beautiful and I loved the kitchen. The house does say it sleeps 12, but it's important to note that's by using two blow up mattresses, so if everyone in your group wants a real bed 8 people is really best. Other than that we had a great stay and the NashNest is a perfect location for easily getting around the city!
