Nestled in the original five block square of Historic Downtown Franklin, you will be able to walk to the Square, the Franklin Theater, and all the charm of Main Street in less than five minutes. It is faster to walk than to drive! Truly, one of the most convenient locations available. The Franklin Guest House is a converted garage that has been renovated into a delightful guest house. The bedroom provides a peaceful night's sleep with its king size bed. Adjoining the bedroom is a full bath with a shower and jetted soaking tub combination.

There is a fully-equipped and updated kitchen with granite counter tops and tile backsplash. The dining area and living room's cathedral ceiling and skylights give this room an aura of beauty and warmth, and the sleeper sofa will accommodate two more guests! For your use, you will also find a new Whirlpool front loading washing machine and a front loading dryer. There is an extra 1/2 bathroom off the living area. There is a desk area for working guests with a WiFi speed of 1200 MbPS. This guest house is a one of a kind! Wonderful, Cozy Getaway

This place was in a wonderful location. Just one block away from the downtown square. The rental house was so roomy, cozy and beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and gave us some restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place!

Cute neighborhood; house needs work

Overall our stay was sufficient for what we needed. The cottage was in a nice neighborhood, walking distance from food and shopping. It was quiet at night, away from city noise. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had the normal amenities. The house needs some updating including routine maintenance and more deep cleaning. We had several mishaps that were inconvenient, one late at night and the host had sent her phone directly to voicemail. Also, we were stuck in the house during a parade that went down the street in front of the house; we were not told about this until it was too late to move the car. I suggest checking out an events calendar or asking the host specifically if there is anything going on during your stay.

The location was perfect for us! We were able to walk to most of the things we wanted to do in Franklin. We even walked to The Factory on Saturday for the farmers market. Susan made the checkin, stay, and checkout all pleasant and easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Perfect cottage and Location to downtown Franklin

Susan is a great host. She met us at the cottage when we arrived to show us around. Her place looks small on the outside, but had plenty of space for our two dogs and us. The location is right near downtown and we walked everywhere. Lots of coffee places and restaurants nearby. We had so many options and didn’t get to try them all! Would definitely stay here again.
