Excellent location for everything you may want to do in Nashville. Downtown was a safe and quick 15-minute walk, the Gulch was a 25-minute walk. Great amenities, and super friendly staff!

This property exceeded our expectations! From the moment you open the door, the cleanliness & freshness is the first thing that greeted us. The whole building is clean & everything is in excellent condition. The check in process was SUPER easy & instructions were very informative & easy to follow! As instructed, i printed off our instructions with code numbers for the building & the condo & it was easy peasy! The location was perfect; a nice, quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from Broadway. My husband & i r in our late 60's and walked to Broadway & back every day, no problem! We reserved this unit because it was only a few blocks from The Cordelle where we attended a family wedding which was perfect, we walked to & from the wedding. This property was extremely quiet at night & we slept great! Furnishings were clean & very comfy. We would totally reserve this unit again!!

The stay and condo are awesome. Great location; we were on downtown Broadway in 5 minutes. And there are scooters for rent everywhere, which makes getting around Nashville super fun. The actual condo was clean, quiet and spacious. Great chill out spot between activities and overlooked the river. One thing not mentioned is that its on a hill so the views of Nashville are amazing in the morning and sunset. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough that we could walk to where we wanted to go. Getting in was so easy. We didn't drive so I can't speak to parking. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. We had NO issues during our stay, so there was no need to communicate with our host. The condo was very clean as one would expect. I would certainly choose to stay there again.

Convenient location, well cared for condo

This well maintained and equipped condo is definitely within walking distance (approximately 15-20 minutes) to Broadway and other downtown locations using a nearby bike and walking path leads you along the river. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was very enjoyable especially in the heat. The condo had easy and safe security system. Definitely recommend this place.

Great location

Myself and my two best friends stayed here for our wknd girls trip. We actually stayed for 4 days. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. No more than 11 min drive to Downtown Nashville. Which made it great. We were able to have fun on broadway and return to piece and quiet afterwards. This place is really nice and fully equipped with everything you need. Do not hesitate to book !!

Great Condo

We love Nashville and love staying in this building. While I prefer to stay on the river side of the condo, we found this condo to be very nice and clean. The two bedrooms with baths each are the perfect layout for two couples who want to enjoy all that is offered in Nashville.

The property was easy to get to from the airport and in a nice area, with the river and its pretty views only steps away. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Good communication on how to get in and where things were at. A short 5 min drive to downtown broadway area as well.
