Large, gorgeous luxury townhome. Located less than 3 miles from the heart of Music City and a short Uber to anywhere locally. The unit has 8 beds and comfortably sleeps, large groups. The main floor offers an amazing kitchen with ample seating, high-end appliances, a bar-style kitchen counter, and modern decor.

The house is multiple levels with superb finishes and tons of space for large groups and families. It has multiple beds ranging from a comfy king all the way to the cozy double bunks. The home also features 3.5 bathrooms, a laundry area with brand new washer/dryer, comfortable sitting areas, and more. Each bedroom features ultra-comfy beds and storage for personal items.

The kitchen area has a fantastic bar seating area for entertaining, all new appliances, and is fully stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, glassware, a coffee maker, and more. The living room is decorated with a contemporary mindset accompanied by a floating flat screen and cozy gray sofa. The living area was designed to maximize the feel of comfort and space, delivering a perfectly relaxing atmosphere.

GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

Close to the city, nice view

FULL DISCLOSURE: My family visited during Christmas ‘22 with nightly temperatures in the single digits. Thankfully, we were not part of the rolling blackouts, but it did color our experience. The good: view was great, central location and everything we wanted to do (with the exception of light display in Hendersonville) was under ten miles away. Accurate listing with nice kitchen space, and garage (though be warned it’s a tight fit for anything bigger than a midsized sedan.) Good, prompt communication with attentive property managers, who issued a partial refund (see * below). The not-so-good: As we started eating there and using dishes, we found blonde hair on them and the silverware, some of which were dirty and had been put back. A pan had not been cleaned before storage, and there was residue at the bottom of the oven that set off the smoke alarms every time we used it. Note: The kid bedroom (the one with the bunk beds) does not have a TV. *The night we arrived, it was 6 degrees and the heat would not work on all levels. After contacting the management company, they sent a repairman over the next morning and it worked
except for the bottom floor. While they did refund part of my stay, if you intend to stay here during a cold winter month, I’d suggest asking about this issue first or bringing a space heater or electric blanket, which is what we ended up buying..

Family getaway

This was one of the Best host and homes me and my family has stayed with and in. The home is Beautiful and the location of the home is perfect. Downtown is only a few minute drive, and everything we had planned was under 15 minutes away. The rooftop lounge area has a Beautiful view at night. The home has everything you need already in it. Me and my family will surely Be coming Back in the fall.
