No one was at the front desk when I arrived. Had to wait over an hour for a security guard to find my key even though I notified them I’d be getting in late. Online it says there will be someone at the desk until 11pm. I showed up a little before 10pm and there was no staff anywhere and no one picked up the phone. Also my key fob didn’t work the second half of my stay trapping me outside on a couple occasions. Understaffed condo building. Not a hotel.
