Nashville trip

Stayed at Moxy for a weekend trip to Nashville. The location is so cute, modern and convenient to good restaurants. The ladies at the bar who helped us were wonderful.

The Moxy Vanderbilt was a nice property. Staff was warm & welcoming. Cool vibe. Free drink tickets when you check in because you literally check in at the bar. Bed was VERY firm, but everything was super clean. Outside area was very loud until about 11:00pm. Would stay there again.

Clean, good location

Clean, friendly staff. One side of the building faces a noisy bar. Nothing crazy - but if you want a quiet early night ask to be on a different side. Nice location

Great location, nice hotel.

Loved the modern look. Friendly service during check in and ordering food. Hotel is in a convenient location. Parking is great because you can self park and price is not outrageous for Nashville. The only drawback is the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a box mattress. I would stay there again for the conveniences, but not the mattress. Hoping I just got a bad room.

Gabby who checked us in and was the bartender that night was awesome! She was kind and friendly and just fun to be around! She was a great friendly face for your hotel! I did not like that I thought the people working were telling me that our Parking would wind up being free for staying there. But when I got home I had a charge for parking in the garage. I already paid $200 for one night in the hotel and then had to pay $32 to park over night!

The hotel room floor was dirty. I spilled water and when I cleaned it up the paper was black. The parking garage lower level smelled like sewer. Strong smell of marijuana outside on the street. Bar across the street. The staff were polite and friendly.

My girls and I had an amazing stay. The food was great for hotel food and the staff were the absolute best!! The property and parking was excellent and very convenient. I felt 100% safe allowing my 16yo daughter come and go as needed to the lobby as well, which is a big deal these days. The only unsavory part was water, there wasn't water easily accessible on the floors or in the rooms without walking all the way to the lobby.
