Was given wrong room to begin with, and they blamed Expedia. When I changed # of beds, I called the hotel directly and spoke with them, not Expedia. The elevators were the slowest I've ever seen, very long waits for one to arrive at your floor. Two staff members were fabulous, but the front desk staff lacked much to be desired.

The hotel is convenient and in a beautiful old building. I would not reserve the room I had on my next Nashville stay. It was the standard king The amenities show robes but the room doesn’t have a closet. I This wasn’t my first stay and if I stay again will make sure it is not this category of room. It was so small if you got up you had to be careful not to hit the cabinet.

The room was large enough however the sofa cushions were worn and stained. The hallway coffee and water bar was disfunctional for three days. I reported this to the front desk, but the issue was not resolved. Housekeeping came after 2:30 PM each day. This was the same time that we took our afternoon ‘break’. In general, staff was pleasant.
