12 South is a leafy residential neighborhood known for its bungalow style homes , It has fine dinning restaurants stylish designer boutiques and stores with vintage wares . It has a park and in season Farmers market and the iconic "I Believe in Nashville " mural . It is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville. We are home to Reece Witherspoons store Draper James , and Holly Williams store Whites Mercantile . Charming house in 12 South

My husband & I along with another couple game out from CA to visit Nashville for 5 days. This house in the great 12 South neighborhood was so charming, spotless & beautifully decorated . It is an easy walk to coffee, restaurants & great little shops, & an easy Uber ride to downtown, Broadway & other attractions. Easy check in & check out. I would highly recommend!
