The sink was not emptying and toilet was not flushing properly. The staff was kind enough to change the room right away but the second room was smaller and it smelled like wet towels. No amount of Febreze or air sanitizer eliminated the smell but the sink emptied out and the toilet flushed properly. Oh and there was hair on the pillows of one of the beds.

I did enjoy my stay but I had my dog with me. He had his cage and I’ve never had any problems with any other hotels when I brought my dog. If im heading out I leave him in his cage and he’s perfectly fine. While staying at this one, i received a call from the front desk while I was out eating. They said my dog could not stay in the hotel alone. Apparently someone was making a complaint about my dog barking. Which he wasn’t. I had to go back and pick up my dog and leave him in my car while I finished eating. But I ended up just leaving the restaurant without finishing my food. There was no indication about leaving your animals in the hotel room wasn’t allowed. I checked their website.

Extremely nice hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Very clean inside and out. I enjoyed seeing the quality of the towels and bedding! Everything smelled so fresh and pleasant. Great stay! I would stay again!

Safe parking, clean room, hot breakfast. USB charging ports in room didn’t work. Front desk called us at 4:00pm and 9:45pm to find out when we were arriving which I found very unnecessary. I don’t know if I’d stay again, but it was a clean room at a good price.

It was worth the extra hour of driving today (less tomorrow!) to avoid the higher priced and lower rated hotels of the east Nashville area! I even found, with the help of GPS, an alternative drive which avoided the Nashville rush hour. Great day!!!
