Lodging was excellent. Great location that got us out of the Broadway Street crowd, but close enough we could walk to it. Room was spacious, well appointed and offered more amenities than we needed. Host was great to work with throughout the entire process.

Pros: LOTS of detailed checkin info. and great communication with host. Parking was secure. Location was a decent walk to Broadway. But I have these complaints: 1. The sheets were not clean. 2. 1 towel dirty (smelled bad) 3. In the bathroom, a cabinet door was missing. 4. If you’re walking to/from Broadway at night, it felt a little unsafe. Lots of homeless people and no street lights for half the walk.

Perhaps THE most attentive & responsive VRBO host we’ve had. The property location is terrific, the apartment is very comfortable, clean & nicely laid out, bed & shower were terrific-no complaints! Casey was incredibly helpful and kind & I can’t thank him enough. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Host was very welcoming and helpful. He allowed us to enter the place early as long as cleaners were done. Technology was impressive but could be intimidating if not familiar. The place was up to date, but not up to our standard for cleanliness( drapes were filthy & bed cover hadn’t been washed) . There were a couple of extra blankets in closet, but they were not freshly cleaned, either. There were a few broken things ( chipped cups, door to laundry needed both of us to open it, missing under sink door, a kitchen cabinet door needed to be tightened up & bathroom door was stuck open). Couch sagged in the middle and not very comfortable. It was very disappointing to find Bathroom towels limited since someone already wrote that in a review (only 3 bath, 1 hand & 2 face cloths) and no kitchen towels, not enough for 2 nevermind 4. Stuff under kitchen sink should cleaned out. (Grout & about 100 trash bags). The location was good & secure. We liked the gated parking space. I think it was mentioned, but if one is a light sleeper, it may be a challenge because it’s on a Main Street.
