The space
This midtown beauty is just 3 miles from lower Broadway and all the honkytonks and even closer to Music Row. Inside, an open-concept layout on the main living floor is filled with natural light, setting off beautiful hardwood floors and numerous designer touches. The roof deck offers plenty of ways to play, be it grilling on the gas grill that's provided, lounging in the summer sun or playing corn hole, or having a glass of wine or cocktail as you enjoy the beautiful Nashville skyline.

Music lovers won't want to miss the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum as well as Ryman Auditorium, located only 3 miles from the house. Football fans can head to Titans stadium (home to CMA fest), also only 3 miles away. No matter where you want to go in or around Nashville, this house will serve as a perfect base for your explorations. Interstate access is just blocks away and can get you most places (including the airport) in 15 minutes or less! For those without a car, ubers and lyfts are abundant (and cheap!) and can take you anywhere you’d care to go.

The living room features hardwood floors, a mural of the Nashville skyline perfect for your instagram, and a plush sectional with room for everyone. This space is perfect for socializing when you’re not out enjoying the town. It’s open to the kitchen and dining area, so drinks and snacks are nearby, and the 55” Roku TV offers lots of streaming options including Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. A half bath is also located on this floor, so no need to go up or down stairs for a potty break.


KITCHEN & DINING
Channel your inner chef in the sparkling kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a spacious island with seating for 4. For our fellow caffeine addicts, a Keurig is provided, as are creamer and sweetener. We've stocked the kitchen with everything we think you might need to whip up something amazing but we won't judge if you prefer not to cook on vacation. There are many options for takeout! Either way, if you’re in the mood to dine in, the dining area features a contemporary dining table that seats 6. With 4 people seated at the island, there is room for 10.


BEDROOMS & BATHS
This three story townhome accommodates up to ten guests between the three bedrooms and two sleeper chairs in the living room. Each bed is appointed with quality bedding.

The spacious master suite has a king-size bed with new memory foam mattress, smart TV, and en suite bath with large walk in shower and double vanity. A Roku TV invites you to watch your favorite shows from the privacy of your bedroom; stream from one of the many streaming services. Unpack and spread out in the spacious walk-in closet. The en-suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a marble double vanity.

Both guest rooms have three comfy twin-size beds each. Let's face it. No adult wants to sleep in a bunk bed. We opted for twins so that everyone can have their own space. The mattresses are memory foam and super comfy (these are the kind we use in our own houses!).

OUTDOOR AREAS
This roof deck will be your favorite spot. We've got places to lounge (enough space for everyone!), a dining set, a gas grill, and corn hole! We installed a sail over part of the deck for those of you who burn easily and want to enjoy the space in the shade. You can have fun in the sun or relax and enjoy the skyline view in the evening.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Additional perks include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Garage parking is provided for 2 cars ; if needed, additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Guest access
The entire property is set up for guest use. The only exception is the cleaner's closet in the garage and one on the 3rd floor that will both be locked.

Other things to note
This is a townhouse which means there are stairs. For that reason, this listing is not appropriate for people with mobility issues.
