"Wonderful place for a group trip!!! Rooms with individual beds is so unheard of and that was amazing! Place was clean, had everything we needed all the space and bathrooms we could need and host quickly responded! Everything was a short ride away and the neighborhood was peaceful too."

Great stay!

Great stay. The house was as described. Great size, accomodated me and my group of friends really well. The house is in a redeveloped area, so you have a mix of older homes with newly developed housing. We felt safe during our stay. We used the kitchen and it was fully stocked with all the essentials, (everything you need to cook and serve a meal). Very nice coffee bar if you are a coffee drinker. The rooftop was an added bonus, absolutely beautiful at night. We did not have to travel far at all to get to our planned activities in the Gulch . Overall, we were pleased with this house.

Great time in Nashville

The townhouse matched its description perfectly. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive. Parking was also plentiful and garage was nice to have. We had 8 adults and plenty of room. The townhouse was new and clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooftop area had a great view of the city lights and was a fun area to pregame your night on the town. It was easy to grab an Uber or Lyft to anywhere you wanted to go. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen utensils are pretty sparse, but don't worry...everywhere delivers to the convenient location!

Great Property!!

This was the cutest place!! Looked exactly as listed! It was beautiful! Perfect location and very clean! The communication with owner was great!! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend when coming to Nashville. And the rooftop was so great!

Family reunion gathering

Property was great! Large spaces and plenty of room for a group family gathering. Loved the living room/kitchen open plan. Lots of seating for eating and tv watching. It was conveniently close to downtown action with an uber or drive less then 10 minutes. Like with all cities they are ever changing but we felt safe in this little community. Easy parking which was great not having to fight for space and a garage or back spaces to park in. Management super responsive. Highlighted great eats and things to do in the area. Very clean and fresh! Beds comfy and ac cold! New build out with high end appliances and a fabulous coffee bar! There are several flights of stairs to burn off those calories but loved the upper deck to grill chill and play cornhole and relax. We had a great time and hope to be back for a future trip Thanks so much for having us.
