The hotel is very interestingly decorated, the room was great. It is a fairly short wall to downtown where all the action is and 3 min walk to The Pinnacle. The only shortcoming was the staff @ the bar area. We went twice : first time the bartender was rude, so we left without ordering anything. The 2nd time we've got a better one, but we couldn't get a bite to eat as he said the kitchen was overwhelmed. So we went to the Hyatt one block away. The parking fee was excessive .

The location is great. The staff is polite and courteous. The rooms need renovation and updates though - plus these are very small rooms than your average hotels. So plan accordingly!

Clean, friendly staff, nice modern rooms and shower, comfortable beds, adequate temperature control. Close to Broadway, city view was nice. Unfortunately could hear neighbors' doors slamming all night, something many other hotels have successfully curbed. If this was remedied it would be an outstanding stay. Valet parking for one night was $88 (with fees and tax).
