Room was way better then expected and Terrence the afternoon/night shift manager was awesome. Around 10pm I was looking for some milk to go with the cookies I had and he helped me out and was super nice about it. The day lady manager and even the guy maintaining breakfast were just so genuinely nice. It's the people that make a hotel great to stay at (or not) and this was such an excellent example of that.
