Small property in good condition, cute room nothing extravagant or extra. Breakfast did not offer much options. Being told based on my tier level I was only able to have one bottle of water was a huge disappointment. Usually hotels will already have water in the room. Last, the pillows were not comfortable, cheap and the mattress was horrible. The price was cheap however it wasn’t free so I so expect a comfortable bed and access to water without being on a certain level!!!

We really liked the hotel. It was brand new and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t care for the breakfast. It would be nice to have muffins and yogurt you can take with you. Also a different variety each day would be better. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The TRU side of the property is subpar to the Hilton Garden Inn side. There were gashes in the walls, marks and dirty, there was a hole in the screen on the window shade. The water pressure in the sink in the bathroom was trickling. The day of checkout it was 9 AM and the housekeeper just barged into my room while I was in there did not even knock on the door before entering checkout time was at 11 o’clock.
