This property was disappointing. We asked to be let out of Reso but was told no. The unit was in poor repair: Toliet seat was only attached on one side and slid off when used, burn holes in kitchen floor and in bathtub, washer full of black mold and made super loud noises when run, walls extremely nicked up and dirty, kitchen had an inch of dust on vent hood and kitchen sink was coming loose from counter - hanging 1” off counter on front side… listing says sleeps 8 - no idea how you’d get that many in there - it’s quite small. Only 5 plates too, so not even equipped for 6. Furniture is not exactly same as listing photos. Current Counter stools are not useable for more than 5 min. They do not have foot rest bar so they cut into the back of your legs when trying to use them. (Our party was 5’5” to 6’2” and they hurt all of us)Owner did send maintainance person to fix toilet and kitchen sink - but on a 3 night stay - super inconvenient.Lastly - this unit is as far as you can be from entrance to this multi unit building…. Be prepared to schlep your stuff far. On a positive note: Linens were nice and they had adequate household supplies.

We had a great stay! The condo was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was decorated with a fun Nashville vibe—loved the cool Country touches throughout. The automatic shades made it easy to enjoy natural light during the day and still have privacy at night. We didn’t use the pool since the weather was cool, but it was well maintained. The building felt secure, the location was perfect for walking to the hotel where I was attending an event, and it was easy to get to and from on foot and by Lyft. Quiet, stylish, and easy to call home for a few days—I’d definitely stay here again!

This was our first time to Nashville and this Condo was perfect! The owner was wonderful! Excellent communication, very responsive. Pictures are exact. A great stay

Overall I was very impressed with this place! Close enough to Broadway if you don’t mind a little walk. Very clean, check in was great, and loved being on the first floor. However, I wouldn’t try to fit more than 6 people again. Not enough room for air mattress, and one bathroom isn’t ideal. Luckily there was a public condo bathroom. The second bedroom having no closet, and not a lot of floor room for luggage was tricky. But again, overall a great stay. Just wouldn’t recommend more than 6 people!

Watch your vehicles !!!!

The condo was fine a bit small but they were good to deal with except for my brand new Escalade, which I parked right outside the front door in front of the security camera side window was smashed open and they stole 1000 worth of stuff that we had packed up because we were leaving at 5 AM the next day. I asked this place for the security surveillance and still have not received anything. So when you’re there, watch your vehicle and don’t leave anything in it.

Hello… Nashville

This is a great property for a visit to Nashville. The property was clean and comfortable for our family. We walked to both the Gulch (10 minutes) and Broadway (20ish minutes). Lots of great places to eat, shopping and live music in both places. The property manager was very communicative and provided all necessary codes, address and property details in a very timely manner. She also checked in to make sure we had everything and didn’t have questions or needs from the property or while enjoying Nashville. We would stay here again!
