This is a spacious, 6 bedroom, 3 bath unit that spans the entire floor looking out on to 2nd Ave with a beautiful view of The Titans stadium and the Cumberland River.

The master bedroom offers a king bed with full on suite bath. 5 additional bedrooms offer queen size beds.

The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa and a 55' flat screen TV.

This a secure, keyed access to floor entry in a private building. Very safe and centrally located to all that Downtown Nashville has to offer.

The family room is comfortably furnished and features a 55” LED TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker. Tired of eating out? Grab what you need at the urban grocery around the corner and create your own private feast. All pots, pans and utensils provided.

The unit has a washer and dryer included.

Lofts at 203 is perfectly located directly on 2nd Ave just steps to Printer’s Alley, 2 blocks to Broadway & the Honky Tonk District, 3 blocks to Tennessee Performing Arts Center & 5th Ave Arts District, 4 blocks to the Bridgestone Arena & Nashville Symphony Bldg, 6 blocks to the new Convention Center. Just a 5 minute walk across the bridge to a Titans game makes this the perfect choice for a football weekend. So many of Nashville’s other hotspots are also close by. The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Demonbreun/Midtown, Music Row, West End/Vanderbilt & Hillsboro Village are all a short drive or quick cab ride away. Also we include one role of toilet paper in each bathroom and also one role of paper towels to get you started.

Michael is amazing! The listing however is misleading. There is only one available spot attached to the loft to park and it is 45 a day. Michael however helped us out by showing us that you can park at the court building 1 block up for only 20 a day. He even rode with us so we didn't get lost. The loft was great, it was clean and spacious. If a bit run down. Amazing location!!! So definitely worth it. Again we had to leave in the middle of the night unexpectedly and Michael showed up after me texting him to make sure we were okay. Also a heads up though the shops directly below the loft like to blast music till after 2am so not a restful stay.

Excellent location!

Location was perfect for visiting Broadway, exactly what we wanted! Parking is EXTRA (45/day) and possibly limited so I recommend checking ahead if you have multiple vehicles.Michael was fantastic to deal with very helpful and responsive. Had some AC issues, but Michael addressed it quickly and they did their best to make it right!Would definitely stay again!

This property is ideal! Broadway is a couple of blocks away, Printers Ally couple blocks as well. You are basically located walking distance to anything you want. Bill was great to deal with and Mike the property manager was outstanding! Highly recommend!!

Downtown Nashville Close to Everything

Our party of 8 stayed here in early August. We loved that it was within walking distance to Broadway and in a relatively safe neighborhood as we were travelling with young adults. I had read other online reviews and agree that for a space that holds a lot of people. The bathrooms and bedrooms really need hooks for hanging towels and clothing. There is nowhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries, towel, and clothing due to the sinks being pedestal -so no counter space or hooks. Just be aware that is an issue if you decide to book. Other than that, I would recommed.

Great location

We had a great stay here at this property! It was a quick walk to broadway and to Printers Alley. The unit was clean and it was great for our big group. Easy check in process and great that its a code access so that everyone could use itand not have to worry about keys. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Broadway fun!

This is a great location for a large group to stay and have fun in downtown Nashville. Plenty of bedrooms. Not many windows and a small kitchen. It was fine for us as we mostly ate out. We would stay again.
