Rides to and from airport were not as promised and we had to pay for a taxi after waiting at airport for 1.5 hrs. Host is not easy to communicate with. Ringing the doorbell was awkward and not timely when I had questions. Breakfast took over 3 hours to come, we wasted our last morning waiting for it when we could have been at the beach. Beach is not super close, but down an alley.

2 Night Stay

We stayed in a one bedroom 2nd floor unit with a separate full kitchen area and full bath. Bedroom was very clean and modern with a Smart TV and a closet. All decorated very "instagram-y" and nice! Included in the stay was pickup from the airport, which was extremely helpful, especially since we left one of our bags at the airport and Precious graciously drove us back there right away to get it!! The unit was right next to a driveway a minute from the ocean and a great beach area on Cable Beach, Across the street were some restaurants and a grocery store! The breakfast (also included for one of the days) was Really Delicious! Precious is a super wonderful hostess and very accommodating. Thank you

Fantastic stay

This place was wonderful! Stayed 3 nights, short walk to the beach, great AC, nice little kitchen. What made this one of the best stays ever was the great communication and help from Patricia and Precious! Great experience.

Excellent stay!

Listing is accurate. Very clean and great location. Across the street there is dining, liquor store and a grocery store. Right next to Sandals. Communication was great and the complementary airport transport was great! Would definitely stay again! Great place!

A perfect werk

Cable Beach is stunning - and just a five minute walk down a quiet lane. This place could not be better; super clean, really comfortable (especially the bed). It’s family owned & operated, and they are super attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend getting the breakfast - the omelette was really good. I should have gone exploring - but within place and the beach, why bother? I’ll be back next year - for 2 weeks.

Great location

Great property just a short drive from the airport and right next to Sandals. Easy walk to Cable Beach and a variety of restaurants. Just a 10 minute walk up the road to Baja Mar for more restaurants and casino! This property is clean and well priced! I spoke/texted the manager a few times and she responded immediately. We set up pick up from and drop of to the airport as well ! Would totally stay here again!!

Great Location

My husband and I enjoyed Nassau for a long weekend getaway. You can’t beat the cost of this duplex which includes round trip airport transfers. There was a mix up with our room upon arrival so we did not actually stay in this exact unit. Staff resolved the issue quickly and our room was well suited for our needs. Our only complaint was the bed. We prefer a softer, more plush bed but it was not awful and I rested fine especially after our long days of exploring and beach fun. The walk down to the beach is perfect and we enjoyed our time there. There are many restaurants in walking distance including a Starbucks across the street. Mesa Grill is a must for an AMAZING dinner experience. It does not look like much from the outside but is a beautiful place. We also dined at Social House Sushi & Grill. Very nice place as well. The bus stop is a very short walk and we took it downtown for one of our days and then again to the Fish Fry area where we enjoyed the beach in that area. We would definitely stay here again.

Have passed this location many times in my visits to Nassau and never knew there was a B&B located there. Excellent location, extremely courteous staff, no hassle check -in, delicious complimentary breakfast. Tasty chicken souse 2-minute walk to the beach. Location is perfect!

Great location! Everything is within walking distance. The contact numbers on the listing are not accurate so I would suggest getting the renters number prior to your departure in case it’s needed. We had a small hiccup with our airport transportation and entry into our rental but everything went smoothly after that. Very clean and inviting space.

Excellent short stay

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our Nassau vacation. The hosts were great, breakfast was delicious, and the location can't be beat. Cable beach is a 1 minute walk, grocery store across the street, and several good restaurants within walking distance.

Great location

Great location right across the street from Starbucks and several really good restaurants. Even a large grocery store half a block away. Quaint beach at the end of the road too! But far and away the highlight was the breakfast provided by Steven each morning. Such a great way to start the day. Very cozy, surprisingly quiet and comfy. We will be back.

This was a great spot to stay for our 1wk trip to New Providence. It is within walking distance to a stretch on Cable Beach (2min) and Goodman's Bay (30min). There are lots of spots to eat nearby, as well as a grocery store within a couple minutes walk. The hosts are very accommodating, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The host company also rents vehicles at a very reasonable price, which is awesome if you want to explore other parts of the island as well :)

The host was very nice and friendly. They offer pickup and drop off from the airport which was super helpful. Breakfast was delicious! The location is great. 2 mins from the beach. Right next to great restaurants and Starbucks. I will come back and highly recommend this!
