A wide selection of Restaurants within walking or close driving distance. Fronts on the Island's main road which runs from end to end and contains most stores, hotel's businesses and restaurants. A convenient bus stop is in front of the building.
The space
Three Story four bedroom townhouse approximately 2,200 square feet in an enclosed gated compound containing three townhouses. Fully Air conditioned with backup generator. Four Bedroom with well appointed ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with an air purifier. Bedroom 1 has a queen sleigh bed with an oceanfront balcony, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a work desk and a skylight, Bedroom 4 has a queen sofa bed. The flooring is marble, porcelain and wood throughout. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Kitchenaid appliances. There is a barbecue grill on the patio with a picnic table and lounge chairs.

Next door is the famous Travelers Rest Restaurant well known for its Bahamian and other foods served all day and live music on weekend nights. Within walking distance are the Stone's Throw Away, Studio Cafe, Aquafire and Compass Point Restaurants. The Baha Mar Resort and theCable Beach Hotel Strip, and the Old Fort Bay and the Cable Beach Shopping Centers and the Lynden Pindling International Airport are all within 10 minutes driving distance.

Our family enjoyed a beautiful stay at Luther & Michelle’s home. The space is gorgeous and within steps to the beach! The condo is spacious, clean, with beautiful furnishings and views. We had four adults and three pre-teens and we had more than enough room for everyone. The condo is on the west end of the island anbd there anre unobstructed views. Our kiddo was especially grateful to meet Patrice at Travelers Rest restaurant nextdoor and learning about conch.

What an absolutely beautiful property. The location is ideal and the view is stunning. The property was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Excellent communication from Luther who responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed the pool and really appreciated the beach chairs. Hopefully we are lucky enough to return.

Great location and attentive property owners!

We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 3 teenagers (12-14). Easy walk across to the beach and eating establishments walkable or a very short drive. Suggest a rental car to get around if your comfortable driving on the left because taxis can get expensive for vans or two cars. Lots of great day excursion opportunities and stayed in the area near the house for dinners. Pizza delivery was a lifesaver for us too after long days out. Luther and Michelle were very responsive and on top of everything we asked about. Comfortably slept the 7 of us!

Enjoyed the short stay with my wife,2 sons and 3 grandchildren. Our 1st visit to New Providence in many years and apart from the neglected state of downtown Nassau we found the Cable Beach area much as it was since I lived here from 1964 to 1975

Family get away

This property was extremely clean and very well laid out. Luther did a great job coordinating with our group and even set up the medical staff to come to the villa for testing. Would definitely stay here again!
