Sandyport Beach Resort is a wonderful place. And what makes it super special are the people who work there. Make sure to book the Kayak trip with Lady Sarah. And eat a conch salad made by Jonathan at the Conch shack (and make sure to watch how he gets the conch out of the shell!). Room was comfortable and clean, with nice amenities. You have the option to swim in either the tamer lagoon, or the ocean. Check out the lounge beds by the ocean. Some delicious restaurants and cool shops just a step away. Make a trip to the pharmacy as they have wonderful snacks. If you want a float, there's a sports shop two steps away. If I could ask for anything, it would be for some of those wonderful Adirondack chairs on the lagoon side, or even one of those lounge beds! Thank you for my wonderful stay!

It was okay at best for the price. No shuttle service although it was listed. Also bureau was completely broken and room had one bed instead of two which I booked. Staff was somewhat friendly but somewhat standoffish.

Standard rooms are too small and very outdated. They are motel-like and quite claustrophobic, especially those without balconies. They are also not worth the hefty nightly rate nor the additional person fees as they are not at all suited for a family of 4 despite the 2 queen beds. Deluxe rooms on the other hand not only offer more space but are updated at the level one would expect paying for the standard rooms.

Our first impression we werent so sure, had a lagoon room and loved that we could walk onto the stand and onto hameck. Loved the restaruant nearby and beach was super clean and convenient. Love the feeling of it being private and close to everything but not in the mid of it all. ideal for privacy. :)
