We feel so lucky to have stayed at the Loft before and after we did the W trek. Maca is incredibly accommodating and easy to reach. We got to store or our luggage multiple times and Maca took great care of us for giving us many options and recommendations to make our trip easier. The room is spotless clean, bed and linen are very comfortable, and the view is simply jaw dropping. We loved watching the sunsets and hope to come back one day.

Property is new and in excellent condition and comfortable- we loved having the kitchenette. Maca our host was very communicative and helpful. The area was quiet and easy walking to restaurants.

Très bien situé

L'hébergement est très bien situé à quelques minutes de l'entrée sud du parc. Le coin est paisible et la vue sur Torres del paine est splendide lorsque ce n'est pas nuageux. Le Check-in est a 15h et pas avant (non négociable). La dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et nous a donné des conseils sur notre séjour. Le chauffage est une climatisation réversible qui ne chauffe pas suffisamment le soir dès que la nuit tombe (pour les plus frileux). Nous n'avons pas eu de problème d'eau chaude, sauf lors de la dernière matinée où il n'y avait carrément plus d'eau dans notre cabane. Mon voisin m'a dit qu'il avait toujours de l'eau lui. Une coupure d eau peut arriver, surtout dans un tel lieu reculé. Ce qui est gênant c'est que l'eau n'est pas revenue et que notre hôtesse n'a jamais répondu à mon message WhatsApp. A part cela c'est fut un très bon séjour.

Nous avons aimé notre passage aux Lofts, qui son tout neufs. Nous avions l'unité 8. Le paysage est comme un tableau qui change toute la journée. Seul bémol: peu d'insonorisation, donc on entend les gens des autres unités.
