The wooden ceilings add warmth and character to the apartment. The dining area features a modern designer table complemented by a bench along one side, combining contemporary style with functionality.

The main bedroom has a private bathroom, providing additional comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

One of the apartment's main attractions is its location within Pleta de Arties, a highly regarded architectural complex in the Aran Valley, known for its beautifully landscaped gardens and attractive stone façades.

The property has been progressively renovated and upgraded. In 2025, the dining area underwent a complete renovation, while in 2024, the bathroom, flooring, kitchen, lighting, part of the furniture and paintwork were updated.

In 2023, SUENH carried out a complete redecoration of the main bedroom, creating a warm, peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day in the mountains.

Luderna Services

All of our accommodations are fully equipped and include premium hotel-quality bed linen and towels for your stay with us. For your family's comfort, we provide extra-thick bath towels in a large "bath sheet" size, as well as fresh white duvet covers on every bed.

Upon arrival, you will find a small cleaning kit (dishcloth, sponge, and dishwashing liquid) and a basic toiletries kit (travel-size shampoo, shower gel, and a bar of soap), along with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

With our Guided Check-in program, you can access your house or apartment with complete flexibility, while enjoying the peace of mind of having our team available to assist you both before and throughout your stay.

During the summer months of July and August, whenever weather conditions permit, we organise free guided hikes with a mountain guide through some of the most picturesque areas of the Aran Valley. The difficulty level of these hikes is low to medium.
