Whether you need accommodations for just a quick romantic getaway or planning a large family reunion, Summerwind offers everything you need to make your vacation experience a memorable one with units ranging from one to three bedrooms. Relax at one of three pools and hot tubs, grill up a fantastic meal at our grilling areas, or work off that extra bite of seafood in our exercise room. Stay connected with our high speed internet while enjoying the breathtaking Gulf views that all Summerwind units enjoy. 603W is a sixth floor condo located in the west building. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath with rental sleeps up to 8 guests, with a King sized bed in the master bedroom, a Queen sized bed in the second bedroom, two Twin beds in the bunkroom, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 4 TVs, 2 DVDs, stereo, and a full-sized washer and dryer located in the rental. Monthly winter rentals are welcomed. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

It was a beautiful condo with a gorgeous pool and easy access to the beach. From the time I booked this condo, it was a 5 star experience. Every message I sent or question I asked was replied to quickly and politely. The condo was clean, roomy, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. I always dread this process but it was easily the best booking experience I’ve ever had. If you are on the fence about what condo to book, go ahead and pick this one. We will definitely look here first for our next time at Navarre.
