Narvana-Gulf View Home Across from Beach. Pup Friendly

Welcome to Narvana, the ideal beach retreat for your group of 6–8 and your small pup (with owner’s permission). Located just steps from the sugary white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf, this charming townhome offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience.
The open-concept main floor features a spacious living area with a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating—including a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Step out onto the Gulf view deck, a shaded spot perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen is designed for everything from quick snacks to full family meals, with a center island seating three, a breakfast bar for two, and a dining table for four. Another deck off the kitchen provides tranquil views of Santa Rosa Sound. This floor also includes a full-sized murphy bed, sleeping two, and a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Upstairs, you’ll find two king-sized bedrooms, each with its own private balcony—one overlooking the Gulf, the other facing the Sound. Start your day with ocean views and end it watching the famous Navarre Beach sunsets. A full bath is located between the two bedrooms, and the Gulf view bedroom includes an extra sink. A full washer and dryer are also on this level for your convenience.
Under the home, you’ll discover a fun and relaxing hangout area complete with a bar, flat screen TV, full fridge with ice maker, bar seating, porch swings, and a charcoal Green Egg grill—perfect for post-beach gatherings. An outdoor shower lets you rinse off the sand, and a small fenced-in area gives your pup a safe spot to enjoy the outdoors.
Your small dog is welcome with owner approval and a $200 per pet fee (maximum of two). Please note that pets are not permitted on the Gulf beach.
Narvana is located directly next to Silver Dolphin—ideal for larger groups booking multiple units. The property offers parking, no smoking in or around the home, and no events are allowed. The minimum age to rent is 25, and the occupancy limit of 8 is strictly enforced.

Prior to check-in it was a luttke confusing trying to communicate with Blue Moon. They did answer all of my questions, but I had a hard time each time finding where to message them. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. I wasn’t a fan of the cookware as food stuck to it, but it was pretty nice quality for a rented place. (Could be a lack of my ability to cook well!) lol! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools. Very organized. I might have missed it in the description, but there were a lot of stairs. 1 flight straight up to get in and another to get to bedrooms. That was a bit of an issue for me with my current mobility status. It was located right across the street from the beach and there was a beach cart and other items provided which we appreciated! The neighbor was very quiet. Best of all is it was pet friendly! We had a great time and would return again!

Great week at NARVANA with Family of 5!

Our entire family loved our stay! Great location, you can see the ocean from the front room and balconies. Super easy to get on beach. Dog friendly back atea and balconies made for hassle free experience with pup! We had never been to Navarre beach prior and will definitely go back and hopefully we get lucky and this property will be available! Can’t stress enough the convenience of the location, in regard to the beach. If it is a beach vacation you’re looking for, look no further. Stop and book Narvana now!! Thank you for having us!!

This property missed the mark for us. We've loved Navarre for years, and stayed at alot of rentals.We were drawn to the lower level of the house, thought it would be cool to hang out by the tiki bar, watch TV down there( the World Cup was on), and grill out. There were 4 of us, and we thought this area would allow extra space for everyone to spread out.The bar was disgusting, dirty. Bar stools pieced together. Neither of the 2 TVs worked. We watched the rain just pouring down over 1 of the TVs, because the flooring above wasn't insulated. The grill area had rats running around it, as well as in the front yard around the bushes. The chest there had umbrellas, cushions, etc in it, but all covered with mildew. Chairs, beach umbrellas and floats just piled in a corner next to the fridge- not hung or organized- just covered with mildew.In the house, the upstairs tub did not drain, the plug was stuck. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work, so steamy getting out of the shower in a small bathroom. Neither bathroom door fully closed.Streaming on the living room TV was horrible, we ended up using our laptop. The smoke alarm upstairs was not hooked up. Thank goodness we didn't have an emergency. The outside porch looked inviting to sit out at night, but the string lights wouldn't come on. The back bedroom lights wouldn't come on if the bedroom light was on, then wouldn't turn off.Sent all this to the rental office. No apologies, just said they'd look into it.Disappointing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here to celebrate my husbands birthday with my cousin and a friend. We brought our two small dogs. Blue Moon was so accommodating. The rental was clean, had great sleeping arrangements and a wonderful outside area to hang out and for the dogs. The neighbors were friendly. We were able to cook and the beach access is walkable. My only advice would be a mattress topper on the beds so they are not so firm. Other than that it was wonderful! We will stay here again!
