This family friendly condo is the perfect place to enjoy Florida's Most Relaxing Place. Located in Navarre beach in the Gulf Island Condos. Our guests can enjoy the pool or take a short 3-4 minute walk to the pristine white sands beach. Slow down & enjoy all that Navarre has to offer. Close to the Navarre Fishing Pier, Sea Turtle Conservation Center, bike path & restaurants.
The Space:
2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the Gulf Island Condo Community
Enjoy a shared pool. Pool is unheated.
Walk from door to beach access is 3-4 minutes.
Condo is conveniently located on the first floor. There are no elevators in this complex. First floor has one short flight of stairs
During summer months there will most likely be guests staying in the condo above.
Easy & secure access to condo via Wi-Fi door lock with unique code.

Once inside, enjoy modern beach decor & strong AC from our brand new AC unit. Living area includes a 50" Roku TV with access to Cable & Streaming Services (Netflix, Disney+ etc). Bring your own login to access your favorite streaming channels. Enjoy a large love seat with a queen pull out bed with a new gel memory foam mattress. Play card games with the family around the extending living room table.

Our kitchen is fully stocked & includes bakeware/cookware & utensils needed for a family meal. Seating for three at the kitchen counter & seating for four at the dinette.

Master bedroom includes a queen bed with hotel grade cotton sheets & blankets. Room has blackout curtains, a sound machine & a charging dock. Enjoy the 50" Roku TV w/ access to Cable & Streaming Services (with your login).
Master bath has a clean tub, with new shower curtains & hotel grade towels.
Second bedroom also has a queen bed with a full bunk on top, hotel grade sheets, blackout curtains & sound machine. This provides a comfortable sleeping space for children or adults. Includes a 50" Roku TV w/ access to Cable & Streaming Services (bring your own login).
Hallway bathroom includes a clean stand up shower.

Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail on the porch. Seating for four.

Traveling can be exhausting. We want to provide our guests with as many supplies & amenities as possible. We provide the following:

-Hotel grade bath towels, wash clothes & bed linens & extra blankets. Washed off site at a professional facility.
-Pool towels (4)
-Kitchen towels (2)
-High quality shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion. All travel size.
-A starter pack of the following: toilet paper(4), paper towels (1), dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, sponge (1), dish soap, trash bags (2), coffee filters. Starter pack is a limited supply. For longer stays guests should plan to purchase additional supplies.

The condo was in a great location! It was in a convenient location for walking and biking, the restaurants and fishing pier, and the beach was a 5 min walk across the street. Accomodations were as described and well supplied for convenience. Tanya, the host, was very helpful and communicated quickly. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Everything was clean but the floors should have a good deep scrub and carpet redone. I dropped water and when wiping it up my paper towel was all black. Bedroom carpets are worn out and feel dirty on my feet. The shag rug is not clean either cause under the coffee table it look a lot nicer then other spots. Not to mention at the dinning area we all kept tripping over the corner of the rug. Oh and beware of the dryer. We turned the dryer on low heat and it literally was way over heated that the clothes burnt your hands when you tried to pull them out. It even cause the clothes to shrink and the fabrics to melt together. Glad it didn’t cause any fires.The front step to walk up to the unit is broken so you have to be careful when carrying things up and down that you didn’t fall. However the unit over all was nice. The location was good. The stuff supplied for our stay was good. It’s not a bad place to rent just needs a few things looked into.

An Excellent Navarre Beach Condo!!!

If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable, clean, well-appointed two bedroom/two bath condo that is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach, close to shopping and dining on the mainland and with plenty of attractions to visit on Santa Rosa Island and on the mainland - this is the place!!! Santa Rosa Island is not heavily commercialized and this makes for a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The beach is wide, the quartz sand is clean and very fine and the emerald Gulf waters are a beautiful sight! The condo itself is located on the first floor and is a quality unit. It has good size with comfortable furniture in the living area and in the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances including a full-sized refrigerator, flat-topped stove with microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, a full compliment of quality cookware, utensils and spices and an excellent Keurig coffeemaker. The HVAC unit worked quietly and flawlessly. The stackable washer and dryer are handy and are convenient to use. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers worked very well with plenty of hot water! The covered front porch is relaxing and is a great place to sit and have morning coffee! Lastly, Tanya, the owner, was always accessible and prompt! Our month long stay was totally delightful and relaxing. We would not hesitate to stay at this fine property again. Thanks again, Tanya and please keep up the great work!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, comfy, and in a nice location walking distance to the beach. Host allowed us an early check-in and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again if it’s available when we book our next weekend in Navarre beach.

Great spot!

We're so glad we chose to stay in Navarre. It's a super chill area compared to Pensacola and just a 5 minute drive over the bridge to everything. The condo was perfect, clean, and fully supplied with beach gear. I would recommend this place to others.

Clean, cozy, and great location!

We enjoyed staying at this property! It was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a great beach trip! The beach access was across the street from the complex and a very short/east walk even with our 2 and 5yo. Location is great and is close to anything you’d need. We didn’t hear anyone around us the whole trip. Tanya was quick to respond to any questions we had and gave great recommendations of fun things to do around Navarre. Overall a great place to stay and we will be back the next time we visit Navarre!
