This beachfront 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo makes for the perfect getaway to embrace the beauty of sugar white beaches and clear blue waters. A private balcony overlooking the Gulf Coast provides its own sanctuary to enjoy a cup of coffee, meditate/pray, or just taking in nature's beauty. Whether you enjoy sunrises or sunsets, this property provides both so you can pamper and replenish yourself.

Prefer to be more active? This property is within walking distance to the Navarre Pier, a local Sea Turtle Conservatory, as well as having a communal pool, ping- pong table, fitness center, etc. It is also near to golf courses, pontoon rentals, volleyball areas, etc.


Unlike many vacation rentals, Regency 808 is a “professionally managed” vacation rental property. Our professional and attentive on-site rental management company is here to ensure your visit is problem free.

*** Rental Terms****

OCCUPANCY: Regency 808 permits a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in the Guest Bedroom. At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children.

AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age.

DAMAGES: Guests are not required to purchase Damage Insurance. Guests are required to present a major US credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Damages arising from Guest's rental use of the property are to be deemed as billable expenses and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In.

AMENITIES: Guests' use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Management or Security removing and banning Guest from use of the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.

PARKING: Guests must display an authorized parking pass in all cars at all times when present on the grounds of the community. Guest failure to display an authorized parking pass may result in the impounding or towing of a Guest's vehicle at the vehicle owner's expense.

PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present while in this community. Guest violations will result in the immediate termination of rental use of the property and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest violations of the NO PET policy may be subject to additional charges. Repairs, replacements, pet remediation efforts or Fines, if any, issued by the Homeowner's Association will be deemed as billable charges and will be applied to the credit card presented at the time of Check-In. This community carefully monitors for the presence of all pets and animals.

SERVICE ANIMALS: Guests needing the assistance of a Service Animal must present this need in writing at least 10 days prior to Check-In. All requests for the need of a Service Animal must be presented to legal counsel representing the Homeowner's Association to ensure all legally required certifications and procedures are observed.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances when a Reservation is displaced or interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances Guests will be relocated to comparable accommodations. If comparable accommodations are not available the Guest will be entitled to receive a full refund.

SMOKING: Smoking of any substance is expressly Prohibited on the balcony or within any interior areas of this property. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor grilling areas of the community. Any Guest violation of the NO SMOKING policy will result in the immediate termination of Guest's rental use of the property and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional charges may be applied to the credit card presented at the time of Check In for any needed repairs, property replacements or smoke remediation efforts arising from the violation of the No Smoking policy herein stated.

We loved the unit!

We had a wonderful vacation in Navarre. The condo was perfect. We felt right at home. It is well decorated and was very clean. The access from the parking lot to the unit, to the pool and beach was so easy. We never had to wait for an elevator which is always a plus. We will definitely be going back!!!

Terrific time in unit 808!

One of the most comfortable units at the Regency! We’ve stayed at the condo for many years but never in this unit. Now, I’ll have it as my number one choice. Spacious and ideally located!

Nice size, great views, beachfront was not so full you couldn't enjoy, pool was clean, they always had people cleaning and wiping down walls floors and grounds the only thing bad was the washer and dryer was out of service. But we will be back great time

First time stay at Navarre Beach Regency

From booking to departure was an outstanding experience for us. It was our third visit to Navarre Beach and best yet. The unit was spotless and very spacious with close to 1500 square ft. The balcony was private and large. With the length of the Regency you have more beach available for use than other properties. The entire complex was excellently maintained daily. All staff on site were both friendly and helpful. With it’s convenient location you have walking access to several bar and grill restaurants that are highly recommended. We will return!

Beautiful Condo!

This was our first time to Navarre, we usually stay in Ft Walton. Less traffic and crowds here. We loved it and will be back. The condo was amazing, clean and very spacious.

Great location

The space was great! Easy access to beach and pool despite being on the 8th floor. Excellent view of beach and pier. Master bedroom mattress was bad. Bathroom fixtures were outdated and guest bedroom but condo was very clean with extra cleaner and kitchen items available.

Relaxing Next-To-Beach Refresh!

We LOVED our stay at the Regency. Me. Creech was welcoming and honest about his rentals. He was there whenever we needed him and was full of information! The property was fantastic. I LOVE the sight of the sound AND the sight of the Gulf. It’s right near the pier and the views were astounding.
