You will be on top of the world when you stay at this Beach Colony penthouse! Let the pictures speak for themselves. Indulge yourself and stay at the very best Navarre Beach has to offer. The views sold us on this condo. Every bedroom has a water view.

Two new elevators installed in 2024. The unit was recently refreshed.

Your condo is located on the 19th floor of Beach Colony East Tower with breathtaking, unobstructed easterly views of Navarre Beach on the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound.

When you enter the unit, you will know you have chosen the best and will have the vacation you have always dreamed of! The unit is fully tiled, and the decor has been expertly coordinated by a professional interior designer to make your stay both relaxing and fun.

The Penthouse includes 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Master suite offers a King-sized bed and adjoining master bath which includes a walk-in shower and a jetted Jacuzzi tub with unbelievable views of the Gulf, beach and pier. The second bedroom also offers a King-sized bed and adjoining bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. You have views of the Sound and the Gulf. The third bedroom has two full size beds and Sound views and bath. Each bedroom has flat screen LCD TVs with DVD players.

From the breakfast nook, enjoy a coffee while you watch the sunrise over the Gulf. If you'd rather enjoy your breakfast outside, the balcony is the perfect place to have your morning coffee while watching dolphins play! The dining room offers comfortable seating for eight. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for the chef at heart. All necessary dishes and utensils are provided. This unit also includes a commercial icemaker to ensure your beverages for the beach are ice cold! Washer/Dryer along with all linens are provided. We also provide beach towels.


Enjoy the powdery soft white sands of Navarre Beach and the Emerald green waters of the Gulf. Walk for miles looking for shells. Or, sit back and relax in one of the two beach chairs and umbrella set up each morning by the beach service for your use during the high season. If you want to take a break from the pristine waters and white sands of Navarre Beach, take a dip in Beach Colony’s swimming pool (the largest on Navarre beach).

The condo was beautiful. You can't beat those views! Everyone we came in contact with was so nice. There was no trouble, no loud mouths, no rowdiness, no obnoxious people - just great people. The beds are so comfortable, and the towels were luxurious in the bathrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom which made it so much easier for everyone. Our kids’ first time on a sugar white beach!

My husband, daughter (9), two sons (8 and 6), and I are currently driving back from our spring break trip to paradise. We had a wonderful time in Navarre Beach. Randy and Honey are amazing hosts, and we truly can’t think of a single thing we would add or improve. There were so many thoughtful touches, like fresh flowers, a basket with snacks and wine, and a whole closet full of beach toys. My six year old is already asking to come back for his birthday in November. We can’t wait to visit again soon! We have a new favorite place!

Best view ever

This condo had everything we needed. I usually bring a plastic tote full of things I know we'll need if the condo doesn't have them. I brought that tote back to my car! Didn't need anything (well, except my husbands homemade Cajun spice). It's an unusual feeling to look down on the top of kites, birds and even Army choppers running drills. The beds were super comfy, plenty of pillows and blankets. I thought the ice machine was the pinnacle...until I unlocked the "toy closet"! When I tell you this place has everything you need for a great vacation, you can believe it. Or you can see for yourself. Everyone in my whole group agreed and would definitely stay in that unit again!

Family Vacay at Navarre Beach

Our family had a wonderful time at Navarre Beach, the beach is fantastic! The condo was an excellent choice for our family, (5 adults and 3 grandchildren) very spacious, clean and well appointed. It was so convenient being right on the beach. We were here over the 4th of July and being able to watch the amazing firework show off the pier from our balcony was the highlight of our trip, "best seat in the house"! The Blue Angels flying by was an extra bonus and very special for all of us. Our host Randy was so accommodating throughout the booking process and during our stay, the hospitality was top notch with a sweet amenity basket upon arrival! We will definitely be booking this home for our future trips to Navarre.

Family Vacation 2023 - A Huge Success

This was our second stay at this fantastic penthouse condo. Navarre Beach is a jewel between Destin and Pensacola and the Beach Colony Resort has a great position on the beach with great amenities. Randy is a wonderful host who takes care of his property and his guests. He welcomed us with a wine/snack basket and fresh flowers to enjoy during our stay. The entire family is already looking forward to our next visit.
