Beautifully finished Penthouse unit in the West Building of Beach Colony Resort with incredible Views of Gulf Coast and the Inter-coastal! See pictures- though you have to be there to really appreciate the views! Views, Views, Views! :)

New for 2025- All 3 bathrooms renovated with quartz countertops and modern tile. Photos to come soon.

This top floor penthouse has 3 bedrooms, all with fantastic views. There is a California King in the master bedroom with a Smart TV. In the guest bedrooms there are a King and 2 Queens, respectively, also with TV's. All bedrooms have top-of-the-line mattresses for your rest and relaxation.

The living room & eating areas have gorgeous Gulf, Sound, and Island views and are beautifully decorated with high-end furniture and a curve 55" smart TV player for luxurious living! The view from your balcony will be like none other in the building or on the island for that matter!

The kitchen is totally equipped for the Gourmet cook. there are 2 eating areas inside the home with views and 2 eating areas on the balcony for entertaining. Keurig Coffee Maker in addition to DeLonghi coffee maker.

We offer new Free Wireless Internet to all guests who stay in our unit. We provide one set of two-chairs-and-an-umbrella from the La Dolce Vita beach service from March 1st through Oct 31st. During peak season we rent Saturday-Saturday.

Beach Colony West is the newest building in Beach Colony Resort, we have the largest pool on Navarre Beach, a covered parking garage, and an exercise facility.

Fly in to Destin/Ft Walton Beach Airport (25 miles) or Pensacola (31 miles).

This property was beautifully decorated and clean! The beds were extremely comfortable! Being a corner unit the views were gorgeous!!! We especially enjoyed the close pool & beach access. There was a closet well stocked with games, pool & beach toys. I would not hesitate to rent unit again in the future! The owner reached out to me the day before our scheduled arrival to inform me that we would not have balcony access due to maintenance scheduled by the Home owners association. Make sure to bring your own laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper & garbage bags. We have a fantastic time!

It was a lot of fun! The beach umbrella and chairs were a nice addition. The condo was pretty well stocked and beds were comfortable. If I have to say something disappointing- It’s pretty bright in the morning with so many windows on the east side without blinds. And some of the cabinet pulls were sticky. But overall it was great! Oh, and the elevators were pretty fast considering they had to travel 19 floors.

This is a great condo with spectacular views. We had a ton of space. It was clean and had everything we needed. The resort was nice. From the large pool, easy parking, multiple elevators, grills, and short walk to beach chairs. We will definitely be back!

Exceeded Expectations

I’m always a little nervous when renting condos because I never really know what I’m going to get. However, this condo was amazing and exceeded my expectations. The place was beyond beautiful and well maintained. I’ve been vacationing in this area my entire life and this was, by far, the best condo I’ve ever stayed in! We plan on renting again next summer.

Wonderfully Worth Every Dollar

I can’t say enough about this place! The decor is beautiful, the unit is immaculate, and there was virtually every creature comfort on-hand. It rained a little bit nearly every day during our one-week stay, and we hardly minded. We began each day at the beach, came inside for meals, movies, and naps, then hit the pool. Neither the beach nor the pool were over-crowded, and all the guests were very polite and accommodating of one another. There’s a nice mix of people who actually live on the complex, and I’m sure that helps the overall vibe. Rob was an excellent host. My wife and I are discussing making this an annual getaway until our high schoolers leave the nest.

Beautiful property, would recommend.

We were in town to visit friends and family. We had a few guests visit as well. Everyone loved the condo and the kitchen was well equipped with quality pots and pans and a nice little stockpile of spices and seasonings.

Nice space, appliances worked but washer and dryer took forever. Toaster should be thrown away (maybe fire hazard). Furniture outdated and needs replaced. Good amount of cookware and dishes. Overall not a bad place just needs sprucing up

This condo was the best! Clean, uncluttered, filled with surprise supplies from the fun kitchen panty to the packed “fun closet” with games, beach toys, books
whatever you desired! Loved that there wasn’t lots of Knick knacks sitting everywhere. The dishes, cooking pans and utensils were plentiful and elegant! The views, spectacular! The included beach chairs and umbrella very much appreciated! Loved the guest book and leaving our message. Great place and will rent again.

This was a family trip and the accommodations were excellent. Great access to everything Navarre has to offer. The views from our place were fantastic. Sunrise from balcony was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.
