Naxos beach house, one minute away from the beach!


Naxos Beach House is located on Plaka Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Naxos. There is no road between the house and the beach, that is what makes the place so special.

The beach house is a 140-m2 maisonette that consists of two floors. On the lower floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Next to the living room is the small, bright and colorful bedroom with a double bed that can be transformed into two single beds. Next to this room is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed. The upper bedroom also has an amazing veranda from which you can take a look over the Aegean Sea. The bathroom on the second floor is an open and very spacious bathroom where you can enjoy your bathing.

There is a 2000-m2 garden in front of the house with hammocks and places to sit. The garden leads you directly to the beach, so leave your shoes at home. We provide sun beds with umbrellas.

Make your stay unforgettable in a uniquely designed house combined with Cycladic architecture. Here you will find idyllic scenery with breathtaking sunsets.

The South Aegean region

Naxos Beach House is located at the end of Plaka (beginning Orkos). It lies in a bay, so the sea is like a lake and mostly very quiet. Plaka Beach is a 7-kilometer-long beach. The end of Plaka Beach is one of the most quiet parts where you can relax completely.

About a 20-minute walk from the house, there are taverns, a supermarket and beach bars. Towards Orkos there is the beach Mikri Vigla where you can find a windsurfing and kiting centre and two supermarkets. This beach is about 15 minutes' walk away.

Naxos

The beautiful, historical Island of Naxos is located in the centre of the Cyclades. It is more fertile and green than the other Cycladic Islands, so it is an agricultural island, famous for its many tasty local products like olive oil, thyme honey, wine and unique cheeses.


On the west side, a 14-kilometer stretch of sandy beaches makes it an ideal place for families with children. For those who enjoy adventure, the island also offers activities such as kite surfing, windsurfing or SUP. You can also take a horse riding tour or enjoy a guided hiking walk on the Island.

Naxos has a lot of historical places, several archaeological sites, and a rich culture. The diversity of the island offers many landscapes, and all of these make it worthwhile to explore. Discover the authentic beauty of the villages, where you can stop at a Greek tavern to enjoy the local food and meet the Naxian people. Take a walk through the Venetian castle or visit the temples and ruins around the Island.

Naxos is in the centre of the Cyclades, which makes it easier to travel to the neighbouring islands.

The vibe of the island is laid-back while at the same time offering a lively holiday experience.

Beautiful villa in magical location

The villa was really stylish, well equipped and very spacious for a family of 4. Great outdoor spaces. The location was perfect. Immediate access to a stunning stretch of beach, use of fixed umbrella on beach, paddle boards, easy access to a range of restaurants just a km or so walk along beach. Our 2 teenage kids (14 and 16) loved it it as did us adults. Owners also incredibly helpful and accessible.I can’t praise it enough! Hope to be back again one day.

Naxos Beach House Vacation

Great place to stay if you want a relaxing beach vacation in Greece. The house was even nicer than it looked in pictures. Beach access is right out the door and 1 minute walk. You will have to drive to get to restaurants, but they were packing the road while we were there and this will make the drive much quicker. The restaurants on Plaka are very good. No need to go back to Chora or Agia Anna to eat. We enjoyed Caya and Picasso. Best supermarkets are closer to Chora, but we made it 6 days with just 1 trip to the grocery.

The property was great. Plaka beach is fantastic right there. No crowds just beautiful water. I used the hot tub every day! Lorien was so easy to work with and Akis was very helpful getting everything thing set up once we were there. The only small issue was that the property shows more than 2 beds, but in reality it only has 2. A very small bit to pick. Lovely house would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Perfect Greek escape

This well furnished beach duplex is an ideal place for one or two couples to chill on the beach or to branch out to hike the trails that link Naxos’ mountain villages. The house is located on the southern, less developed end of Plaka Beach, but is still in easy reach of markets, bars and restaurants. A car is a must. Akis and Lorien are quick to respond with helpful recommendations. We would love to return and already miss watching the sunset from our bedroom balcony.

une vraie maison de vacance

la maison est a quelques mètres d’une très belle plage où même en plein mois de juillet est d’une tranquillité. la maison est partagée en deux, nos voisins franco-grecs étaient très sympas et nous ont donné plein d’informations. Nous avons adoré la chambre à l’etage très spacieuse. Il ne manquait rien au niveau matériel. Nos hôtes ont été attentifs à nos demandes. Malgré un petit problème de douche pour la chambre du bas qui n’a jamais vraiment marché... et pour réparer, il fallait attendre que le plombier vienne d’assez loin. je conseille la baignade au lever du soleil et également les couchers de soleil sur la plage ou le soleil disparaît sur Paros en face... Loriën et Akis ont été charmant et nous ont dépanné dès qu’on avait une demande. C’edt plus une maison pour 4... nous on était 2 adultes et 3 enfants et une invitée adulte... Donc il a fallu se serrer un peu... mais en vacance, c’est plus facile. On recommande fortement. on y retournera... Liz et Aimery

A tranquil gem in Naxos

We loved our stay at the beach house! It is located in our opinion the best part of Plaka which ended up being our favourite beach, just a short walk to the most tranquil beautiful beach and then on to the Medusa hotel earth bar for sundowners and cocktails. The house is beautiful, built in traditional Greek style with everything you could need, including an incredibly comfortable master bed and the most amazing views. We really enjoyed the BBQ area which also had unspoiled views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. Lorien was a lovely host who welcomed us and was quick to respond to any of our questions. Thank you, our stay was amazing and will not be forgotten!

Great Family stay

Naxos Beach house is the perfect place for a serene holiday with family or friends in Naxos. Our Family of 5 had plenty of room without getting into each others way. House is well equipped and Lorien was available for all our needs/questions. House is about 16 minute drive from Naxos town (car is a must) but sunsets are incredible and it is just a 30 sec walk in the back yard from a very nice sandy beach. We highly recommend Naxos Beach House and will definitely come back next time we are in Naxos

Great Naxos Getaway

We really loved the location of this. house. It is directly on the quiet end of Plaka Beach. The swimming was wonderful. Laurien was super easy to deal with and always available. The only issues we had were minor. No dishtowels or paper towels when we first arrived and the house was having some septic issues which caused the upstairs shower to drain very slowly. Otherwise excellent stay and would highly recommend!

Meravigliosa!

Everything was perfect. Lorien and Akis are the perfect hosts. It was very easy to talk with them and they helped us with everything. They have always been available to give us information before and during our stay. On my husband's birthday they even brought us a bottle of wine. They are truly wonderful. The house is like seen in the photos, the beach in front of the house is very beautiful and the possibility of having an umbrella and 4 sunbeds always at your disposal is really super. When I'll return to Naxos I would be happy to return here. Thanks Lorien and Akis.

Beautiful house on the beach

A fantastic stay at a beautiful and well kept house, with direct beach access and the old town a short car journey away. Perfect for families such as us or small groups alike. Great and fast communication from the host.

Just wonderful!

Perfect location, beautiful, very clean, super functional, well designed house and surroundings - the view of the sea and the sunset is unobstructed and makes you never want to leave the house! Impeccable communication with the owner, who was always very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Staying at the house truly elevated our Naxos experience. We will be back!
