Overall clean, v good for the price etc. Clearly work and maintenance being kept on the top of (eg, new lift), but there are some parts of the trim and rooms that are starting to show their age and will need to be refurbished in the next year or so. Staff were amazing (5 fives for them), but is a 50p bottle of water really needing to be sold for 2.50 ? 3.50 for a small bottle of Coke etc.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The lift is still out of order, as it was 12 months ago, which is not great. The room was a good size, but the bathroom especially needs updating. There were cracks in the sink and some tiles. The shower cubicle leaked and the toilet cistern was constantly running. The car park spaces are very tight. Good breakfast.
