Summary:
Traveling to this area for work and need a comfortable home-away-from-home for awhile? There are discounts available for longer stays (weekly and monthly)! Relax and enjoy this spacious and stylish home: a pristine 3 BR/1BA house decorated in a theme of the TEXAS GULF COAST. Two of the three BRs have incredibly comfortable pillow-top queen beds and one bedroom is furnished as a dedicated work space/office with a full-size sofa bed with memory foam topper for comfort. All of the bedrooms have black out curtains to enhance solitude while you're sleeping.

The Space:
The home is the left side of a duplex. The front door leads into the open concept living area/kitchen/dining area. The three bedrooms and full bath are down the hallway. The middle bedroom is equipped as a dedicated work space, with a desk/work area, and a loveseat that opens to a comfy full-size bed. A 3-inch memory foam mattress topper and sheets to fit are provided to ensure the comfort of the sofa bed.

Guest Access:
All areas of the home and yard are accessible to guests

The Neighborhood:
A quiet dead-end residential driveway in north Nederland (Central Garden). The drive ends in a fence which backs up to the canal where you will occasionally see cows wandering by.

Getting Around:
You’ll really need your own vehicle. Ride share is available but service is spotty.

EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, please make your request for early check-in before 10am. Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If approved, there will be an additional $35 fee.

LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS: Late check out requests up to 2pm can only be accommodated with prior notification so that I can book my professional cleaning team accordingly. Requests must be made before 5:00 pm the day before check-out. There will be an additional $35 fee (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If you are late checking out without approval, then there will be an additional $75 fee for checking out late. For a departure after 2pm, a full 1 night charge is added.
