I like so much the team the Ayurveda doctors The restaurant team and every thing Food Only outside was noisy And my first room I didn’t like Then they changed me the room Also time time tables for trattament Were changing too much and I asked for the same time And they gave Stem room I didn’t like

お湯が出なくて、大変でした。また、枕とシーツが臭いです。他のホテル で宿泊して、アーユルヴェーダだけ受けにきたら最高だったなあ。

Great experience

We have spent great days in Jetwing Ayurveda Pavillions. All staff - without exception - are completely dedicated, passionate and know exactly what they are doing. Being almost two meters tall, I was worried, that I would not get enough food - talked to the doctor about this. She then instructed the kitchen to prepare bigger portions for me. This allowed me to enjoy great food, in sufficient quantities. Looking forward to returning some day!

Enjoyed a relaxing Christmas at Ayurveda Pavillion

I very spontanously went to Jetwing Ayurveda Pavillions over Christmas 2022 on my own. Just needed some time for myself. Hotel is nicely located in a green garden, small but beautiful pool. Staff is lovely. It's NOT a beach resort, keep this in mind but you can walk like 5min and use Jetwing Blue and Jetwing Beach's pools and beach as well as they are of the same brand. As I stayed only for 5 days, the proximity of the airport was one of the reasons I selected the resort. Hotel has around 36 rooms/villas but the first days we were only 5 guests, so said but of course it was somehow more quiet and to our benefit. Few days later we were around 8 guests... Apart from the treatments, the food was one of the highlights of my stay. Definitely recommend, probably will come myself again as well.

The best place to start your Ayurveda journey!

I’ve been to a few Ayurveda places in Sri Lanka and this one has many things that makes it stand out. First of all the food is unbelievable! they have over 49 type of vegan meals to tailor food to each individual’s Ayurveda constitution (and to make sure you don’t get bored of the same buffet when staying for long periods during panchakarma treatments). I can honestly say I didn’t miss eating meat for the whole stay! Dr Dinesh and Dr Anurada are authentic practitioners with amazing ‘pulse reading’ skills to detect potential health imbalances you have. The therapists are kept the same for your whole stay too and treatment is even available in your own room - which is very unique (king pavilion rooms only I think). Experienced Hatha Yoga teachers make the sessions enjoyable by mixing up the routine every day too. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi and those looking for a better beach experience alongside your treatment, may prefer to look elsewhere.

3食+アーユルヴェーダトリートメント+料理教室やミュージックセラピーなどのオプション+お薬+Yogaもついてかなりお得な値段だと思いました。 ただしYogaの先生はわたしの人生で受けたどの先生より最悪でした。日本だったら絶対どこも雇わないでしょレベルの方でそれは残念でした。 部屋は3階建ての3階だったので屋根の格子のところからヤモリやアリなどが色々入ってきて苦手な人はちょっと3階は厳しいかもです。1、2階はちゃんとした天井なので大丈夫。 施術師も良かったしドクターも素晴らしく、何より思っていたアーユルヴェーダ料理より美味しかったです。それぞれのドーシャに合わせた料理で心身共にdetox出来ました。
