The strategic setting encourages a car-free stay, allowing you to explore the area on foot and immerse yourself in the vibrant surroundings.
The holiday home itself provides a comfort and convenience situated just metres from the centre of Nelson Bay. Air-conditioning in the main living area and the master bedroom, contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan design integrates the living, kitchen, and dining areas, offering a picturesque view of the marina from the balcony. There is a smart TV, a private outdoor balcony, complete with a BBQ, provides an ideal spot to savour the views through the surrounding trees.
Accommodating up to six guests, the three bedrooms offer a range of sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom upstairs boasts a King bed that can be split into two King Single beds, air conditioning and a spacious built-in robe. The second bedroom features a king bed which can also be split into two single beds and a ceiling fan, also situated upstairs. The third bedroom, located downstairs, offers two single beds, a standalone fan/heater, and access to a second bathroom. A second living area downstairs with a TV, a sofa bed suitable for two children or one adult, and a private terrace with a large grass area adds to the overall comfort and flexibility of the space.
Secure parking is provided in a double lock-up garage for boats or jet-skis, with additional parking space for two vehicles in the driveway. With beautiful, filtered water views and a sea breeze from all living areas and the deck overlooking the marina, 'Bay Escape' promises a truly rejuvenating escape, offering proximity to all the essentials for a delightful stay at the bay.

Linen
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO beach towels.
Property Specific Notes
If the property is booked last minute and the beds have already been made up after the previous stay, we regret we are unable to unmake and remake to different configurations and beds will be presented as per the website description text.
The linen for the sofa bed attracts an extra fee of $35.00. The use of the sofa bed is not included in the standard accommodation rate as it is not typically prepared for guest use.
Property is two levels, there is a very steep staircase from the top level to the bottom. A stair gate is provided for the top of the staircase.
This is NOT a pet-friendly property.
WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
