Gretel Beach House is a fabulous pet friendly home with an enclosed back yard and located in between both Shoal Bay beach and Little Beach making this the perfect destination for your next family vacation.

Providing two living areas with the main having a split system air conditioner, Tv, unlimited Wi-Fi, Basic Foxtel and Dvd player. The second living area is located off the fully equipped kitchen and has a ceiling fan and Tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, and a family size fridge/ freezer.

Featuring three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main bedroom having 1 x Single Bed and 2 x King Single Beds and the ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity which is perfect for all the children to be together and have their own space. The main bathroom is renovated and provides a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet.

Dog friendly and offering in addition, a fabulous outdoor area with alfresco dining with gas bbq facilities so you can sit back, relax, and watch the world go by. There is a private access gate to the pathways that wind their way around Little Beach and take you directly to either Shoal Bay beach or Little Beach makes this great for children and bike riding – what else would you need to make your next holiday perfect

There is also an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine, dryer, and spare fridge (no freezer). Parking in the lock up double garage suitable for two medium size cars and driveway for two vehicles, fantastic table tennis and a dart board located in the garage to keep everyone entertained and an outdoor shower at the front of the property for when you come back from the beach.

Great location

The house was very comfortable. The area was easy to find. Disappointed we had to hire the linen. No other welcome condiments like tea or coffee or milk after a long trip. In other homes of equal cost so much more provided eg coffee making machine. Overall stay was good.

Great for families

Lovely house that accommodated five adults ,a 3 year old and a small dog comfortably. Lovely outdoor space for eating or more formal dining indoors. Driveway parking only as garage has a ping pong table. Short walk to surf beach or longer walk to Little Beach. Air conditioning ensures that house is cool- ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Good value.
