Lou Lou’s Beach House is a beautifully presented, contemporary coastal retreat perfectly positioned as your base to explore the very best of Port Stephens. With easy access to 13 stunning beaches, this light-filled home blends relaxed family comfort with modern style, offering space, convenience, and effortless holiday living.

Step inside to discover a modern interior anchored by an exceptionally large, well-appointed kitchen, ideal for family meals and entertaining. The home flows effortlessly to a generous, fully fenced backyard, where children can enjoy the trampoline and cubby house while adults relax outdoors.

Accommodation is thoughtfully designed for families. A spacious queen bedroom with private ensuite is located off the lounge, offering privacy and comfort. Two additional bedrooms each feature a king single plus trundle, allowing the trundles to fold away or open out to create two singles per room, fitted with quality Sealy mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. The main bathroom servicing the two family bedrooms features a large bath, perfect for children or a relaxing soak after a day at the beach.

The location is a true highlight. Enjoy an easy 1 km walk into Nelson Bay, home to the marina, waterfront restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, and coastal parks. Spend your days exploring iconic local spots such as Fly Point Beach, dolphin-watching, snorkeling, or discovering the many pristine beaches that make Port Stephens so special.

The property is pet-friendly by request only. Guests are required to bring their own bedding for their dog. Please note there is a small gap in the fence overlap, so supervision is recommended for small dogs.

BEDS - 1 Queen and 2 King singles and 2 King Single trundles that fold up.

BOND - a refundable bond of $500 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas with decorative covers, blankets and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
