Aqua Heights is an ideal couples retreat with the versatility to host a small family! You'll love waking up in this spectacular location!

Fully self-contained and situated beneath a luxury home. Accessed via landscaped stairway from the shared parking area above. The studio styled with generous living, dining, kitchen and bed, stunning bathroom and separate study/sleeping area.

The main bed is a King. There is also an office desk in the study area that folds out to create a quality single bed. Glass framed balcony and large sliders from the apartment offer exceptional views over Nelson, The Haven Estuary and beautiful Tasman Bay.

Laundry facilities: Dual Washer/Dryer and drying rack are provided :-)

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- The home above may be owner-occupied, however, the apartment offers excellent privacy for your stay.

- Security cameras surveil the balcony and driveway areas. These cameras cover only the exterior of the property.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
