Situated on Nelsons waterfront, right in front of the 'Cut' Nelson's gorgeous harbour entrance. The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard, it combines character and charm with modern comfort and lots of natural light. A direct view across the harbour entrance, Haulashore Island, and Tasman Bay.

The location is spectacular, right admist the action, minutes walk to great restaurants and cafes.

Enjoy water sports and swimming with water access across the road (concrete stairs).

The apartment has two bedroom one full bathroom with twin vanity, shower and toilet and an ensuite.

Upstairs is open plan living, filled with natural light. Fully equipped kitchen, stone benchtop, breakfast bar and dinning area. Large cozy lounge area that opens to the front balcony, which has spectacular views of Nelson harbor. The back deck opens from the kitchen, it provides additional seating and a bbq.

Free high speed wifi, smart TV with on demand apps including Netflix.

There is a laundry with front loader washing machine/dryer and tub.
