Large, beautiful chalet "Arvine", 3 storeys. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: small garden (not fenced). Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Very steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop, grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 400 m, railway station "Sion" 16.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, gondola lift 400 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 400 m. Hiking paths: Bisse vieux 500 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Large living/dining room 80 m2 with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, cable TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and double hand-basin. 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Tolles geräumiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Das Haus war Super und jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad! Sehr geräumig und gute Ausstattung!Die steile Garagenauffahrt ist nicht für jedes Auto geeignet( nichts für Autos, welche tiefergelegt sind/Spoiler ). Auffahrt ist sehr steil aber machbar.
