A balcony offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains, allowing full enjoyment of the north-facing alpine landscape. A second balcony, facing south, is also available.
On the amenities side, a private outdoor parking lot is available. Parking spaces are not reserved but most of the time, they are sufficient.
