Les Rairettes: Very beautiful chalet "Sebas", 3 storeys, built in 2006. Outside the resort, 800 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bumpy, steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, bus stop 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 800 m.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC.
