The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms:
On the ground floor, a double bedroom with direct access to the rear terrace, alongside a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, twin basins, and toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find a second double bedroom and a twin room, both with patio doors private balconies and stunning sea views. A stylish shower room with twin basins serves this floor. There is access to a large balcony with Gazebo and sofa set, a fabulous spot for a morning coffee with a view.
Outside, the large terrace with retractable awnings provide a cool retreat, while the brick-built BBQ and alfresco dining area invite you to savour meals outdoors against a backdrop of shimmering sea views. Lenia's private swimming pool located a few steps on the lower terrace, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols and set in lovely mature gardens, for lazy afternoons under the Mediterranean sun. Covered private parking is also available.
Situated in the small village of Neo Chorio, where you will find a local taverna just a few hundred meters away and several more in the villa centre, along with a small supermarket and traditional Church.A short drive takes you to latchi marina, with a plethora of restaurants and bars and a great place for a boat trip to the Blue lagoon. The bustling town of Polis just a little further along the coast has everything you need from a working town, with large supermarkets, banks etc. So everything you need is really close to hand.
